The company is a Dallas-Fort Worth based firm founded by Michael Brown, a 20 year nonprofit, advertising, and marketing veteran.  He holds a B.A. in Mathematics & Computer Science from Oakwood University and an MBA in Marketing and Finance Tulane University.  Michael has served as Senior Vice President as well as other senior management positions in multiple Fortune 500 and Global organizations like Rapp Collins Worldwide Advertising Agency, KMA Direct Communications, Hallmark Cards, Verizon,, and The Dallas Morning News.

Michael is passionate about nonprofit marketing and has successfully led marketing communications engagements for Christian ministries, parachurch organizations, humanitarian relief, and educational institutions.  He has led multichannel fundraising campaigns for clients like Wycliffe Bible Translators, Northwestern College Radio Network, The Alliance Defense Fund, and Mercy Ships. He has also spearheaded business research, corporate communications, and strategic marketing initiatives for clients such as Dell, SBC Communications, and McAfee.

Through a network of select industry leading professionals, Michael now leads Targeted Insights in making corporate level marketing, research, and communications expertise available to nonprofit organizations and other growing businesses.
